Many folks chase massive following on social media. And some of them do get what they chase. BUT “followers” DOES NOT EQUAL “clients”! You have to use specific techniques to turn followers into leads.
💣Use Chatbots And Messengers💣Naturally, clients message companies a lot, and that might not always result in sales. Set up a chatbot, subscription messaging, and make sure you set up weekly notifications about your company’s updates. Do not make announcements too “salesy” because you might get suspended from using the feature, however, use your brains to write interesting news and re-engage people that used to message you!
💣Add a Call to Action💣Never leave a post without an incentive. Sum up the text with some motivation, lead people somewhere, point them to your messenger, newsletter subscription form, ask them to check out your shop and tell what’s on sale, etc. Also, please, don’t just make a call to action and leave. Before CTA there should be some description on WHY people should do the action you ask them to do. Example, if you want to ask them to buy your design templates, add how many times they have been already downloaded, include a feedback from the recent client, or just explain how people can use them!
💣Promote a Freebie💣If you have free materials that require an email opt-in, promote THEM on social media too! Go to Google Analytics to measure the performance of the freebie. Create a separate landing page and make a link with specific utm trackers. This way, you’ll be able to tell where your email subscribers are coming from and which social media platforms are performing the best.
